New commissioned wooden sign

Have been asked to do another 2 signs made from 3ft sleeper sections.  Pretty happy with this one. Still to do 2 more coats of varnish, but it came out nice.

Download available for Brother PES embroidery files

I finally got around to uploading the PES files I made.  If anyone wants to play with them, they are below.

Please be aware they are for personal use only. If I find them being sold anywhere, I will not be very nice about it.

Fluttershy - My little pony.  She is supposed to look like this. Make sure you sew her out first.  Sized to fit approx 150 mm high  Link to Pes File

Shaman - This is a sample only. Make sure you sew it out first - also, do not sew out the word "shaman" as it may not sew out correctly. Sized to fit approx 150 mm high.  Link to Pes File

Owls eyes. - I did this for when I make a "remote owl". I haven't sewn this out yet, so check it in your preview software. Link to Pes file

Have fun with these - and remember - I am not responsible for any damage to your machine if you decide to try these out. They are purely put up for display purposes only. Any use must be for personal use only.

Brother Embroidery Machine patterns

Fluttershy and Shaman logo

A friend needed a dice bag and wanted some graphics/embroidery on it. I designed the fluttershy and Shaman logo for the bag. Both sewed out really well, and I've decided to share them with everyone.

I will upload the pes files to a server later. Too tired now. Keep falling asleep. LOL

No conversations available.

Wood working, wood burning and carving. :) Items for Sale

It's been a while, but I've been quite busy.

I've been doing a lot of different things, but here are some of the things that I've made over time. I'll post a separate post for each type of activity.

How to survive in an open air office Step 2.

When the micro-manager with a job-security issues, reprimands someone who earns literally half her wage again - sit there and giggle. But do not let the micro-manager see this, as her lack of self-esteem may make her sigh and click her tongue more than usual. This irritation is best taken in low doses.

How to survive in an open plan office. Step 1.

When overhearing misinformation, do not speak up! Firmly close teeth over tongue and gently but forcefully trap that lying piece of meat between the pearly whites (or yellows if you are coffee drinker). Gently apply more pressure as needed, depending on the size of the misinformation being perpetrated. If bleeding becomes evident, be cautious to not let the blood be seen. Do not speak until the misinformation is no longer being discussed. Apply this procedure as necessary throughout the day. To reach management level, you need to build up scar tissue to be successful.
